Call Security

  • Call session runs in a browser sand-box, without any plug-ins, protecting the users’ computer.
  • No software installation or update is required on a user’s computer, eliminating the threat of cyber-attacks as well as the risk to a user' data on his/her computer.
  • If an Agent has enabled the Password, during a call, the Visitor is prompted to enter the same.
  • Once an Agent is in a call with a Visitor, no one else can join the call in progress.
  • A Call Agent can terminate the call, which ends call on the visitor side too.

Data Security

  • Meeting data (audio, video, chat, etc.) transmission and reception is secured with 256bit military grade encryption between Agent and Visitor. Security protocol standards like DTLS and SRTP as defined by IETF are used.
  • If you have purchased the Meetings Recording add-on, recordings can be stored encrypted at your request. Optionally, we can directly write the recordings on your server. If Recording is disabled, all data is end to end encrypted.
